TOWN OF BLADES ELECTION  Candidates wishing to run for the (3) council seats that are up for election in Blades must file a letter of intent with the office of the Town Administrator. Forms may be obtained at the Town Hall or on Candidates must file notice by the close of business at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 2nd, 2018.  Candidates filing must have attained the age of twenty five (25) years old; must have been a resident of Blades for six months preceding this election, hold title to real estate, and must be a citizen of the United States of America. Blades Fall Town Clean-Up

Yard waste and household waste roll-offs will be available at the park for town residents use only on Saturday, October 28th, 2017 from 7am to 1pm. Proof of residency is mandatory. TOWN OF BLADES ORDINANCE 434 RESTAURANTS: APPLICATION, PERMIT OF COMPLIANCE, AND ALCOHOL SALES RESTRICTIONS    ARTICLE I.  Restaurant application and permit of compliance Any person or entity with an existing restaurant or desires of opening a new restaurant must file with the Town Administrator an application for and, if approved, receive a permit of compliance for the operation of the restaurant business.  The application shall be on a form to be furnished by the Town and shall be accompanied by the requisite application fee, as such may be established by the Town Council from time to time. Cemetery Bids extended to May 8th, 2017

NOTICE Town of Blades The Town of Blades will be accepting bids for the mowing and trimming of the grass at the Town Cemetery on Market Street.  All bids must be submitted by May 8th, 2017 by 4:30pm to the Town Administrator. Acceptable bids will be for a three (3) year contract only. Submit with a per cut price. Copy of your State Business License and Insurance Certificate must be attached with the bid.
