Reduced Planning & Zoning Fees effective 12/15/2015
Date Posted: Tuesday, December 15th, 2015At the council meeting on December 14th, 2015 the council approved R10 430A 2015.12.14 All related planning ans zoning fees and building permit fees impact fees for new construction and water installation. For 12 months, effective 12/15/2015, the fees for new construction is reduced. Please see the fee schedule below.

Beginning December 15th,2015 to December 15th,2016
On 12/15/2016 the fees revert back to the second column
A. New Construction Site Plan Review $200.00
B. Sub-Division Concept Review $250.00
C. Preliminary Review $200.00
D. Final Review $200.00
E. Variance/Special Exception/Rezone Request $1000.00
F. Building Permits $25.00 for the first $1000.00 (Based on Construction Cost Estimates Materials Only) $5.00 for every $1000.00
and/or portion thereafter
G. Building Permit Annual Renewals $25.00
H. Certificate of Occupancy Inspection $50.00
I. Community Impact Fee $500.00
J. Water Impact Fee $1200.00
K. Meter & Water Permits (Installed Meter) $500.00
L. Meter & Water Permits (Uninstalled Meter) $750.00
